To use certain GramiPay services, you may need to create an account and complete KYC as per applicable regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of information shared with us.
All mobile/DTH recharge and BBPS bill payment requests are processed based on the details you provide. Please check number, operator and bill amount carefully before confirming the transaction.
For bus and flight bookings, fares, timings and availability are controlled by the respective operators/airlines. GramiPay is not responsible for schedule changes, delays or cancellations by them.
In case of transaction failure where amount is debited but service not delivered, refunds are processed as per operator, BBPS and partner bank rules. Timelines may vary depending on their policies.
You agree not to misuse GramiPay for fraudulent, illegal or unauthorized activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any suspicious or abusive usage is detected.
